The DIS-CCU Central Control Unit is a powerful microprocessor-based control unit designed for the DDS 5900 and DCS 6000 systems. Out-of-the-box it is configured for DDS 5900, controlling up to 250 discussion units and also powering up to 60 units. Includes an integrated voice activation (VOX) feature and supports 2 interpretation languages plus the floor language. Two analog audio inputs for external sources such as wireless microphones, 4 DCS-LAN connections for flexible cabling configurations of microphone units, and 8 analog audio outputs for connection to videoconferencing system, A/V recording equipment, supplemental sound reinforcement system, or wireless language distribution system.
With the FL 6000 Feature License, the DIS-CCU can be upgraded and used with DCS 6000-series conference units, serving up to 250 participants and 4 interpretation languages. This feature licenses also activates the integrated standard voting capability. Additional Feature Licenses enable support for up to 3,800 conference units and 31 languages.

By uploading Feature Licenses into the DIS-CCU the following additional features will be available:
